What happens in a session?
Each Yoga Therapy session will cater to your particular needs based on information from your intake, physical and breath assessments, and what you share as your health goals.

Sessions are conducted in-person or via secure video call and will be 60 minutes.
A holistic approach to health:

Yoga Therapy integrates all of this and works with you as a whole. Together, you and I will take into account your physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being and determine which therapeutic yoga practices can be implemented to improve your health.
